New Small Lot Subdivision in the Cypress Park neighborhood of Northeast Los Angeles.  Located at a border zone between a low-density single-family neighborhood and a growing commercial corridor.  This project provides a prototype transitional model for mitigating the ongoing density growth and ongoing demand for affordable housing.  Space is allowed to flow into the site, suggesting an alternative to traditional, monolithic, single mass, apartments or condominium buildings.
