Small lot subdivision project and mixed-use development with eleven single-family residences and two mixed-use units.  The narrow site is zoned for a commercial use and accomodates two mixed-use units at the front along the boulevard.  The eleven multi-level residential spaces are designed for the current live/work life style and include private rooftop patios ideal for entertaining guests.  As we develop more infill small lot projects, we are looking to refine an archetypal form, based on the traditional 'mews' alley.  A solution to the increasing demand for housing in Los Angeles, this is a unique and innovative urban form.
