Commissioned to redesign and update this 3-story, 12-unit condominium project, from traditional style to contemporary modern.  The exterior design incorporates modern materials, and finishes including, plate glass balconies and metal panels.  Interiors are designed around an open plan that feature modern, streamlined kitchens, with high-end finishes, and living spaces that lead out to balconies and patios with lush gardens.
