New apartment building Los Angeles, 11,000 sq. ft. total, with a design overlay in the historic zone of DTLA. Designed to emulate the Mediterranean style ubiquitous to California, incorporating traditional architectural structural details and materials. Each of the 12 units is comprised of 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms, and all have balconies for additional outdoor space.
The building is designed around a charming courtyard with lush landscaping using native plants and trees. Architectural details are derived from Mediterranean style design, ubiquitous to California.
Units are thoughtfully designed to private additional outdoor space while providing privacy between neighbors.
