New apartment building, 11,000 sq. ft. total, with a design overlay in the historic zone of DTLA.  Each of the 12 units is comprised of 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms, and all have balconies for additional outdoor space.  

The building is designed around a charming courtyard with lush landscaping using native plants and trees.  Architectural details are derived from Mediterranean style design, ubiquitous to California.
