This project consists of 2 adjacent buildings for a total of 27 units. Each 4-story unit has 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, an interior loft and open plan kitchen/living area, with an attached 2-car garage, balcony, and private rooftop deck. Multiple windows provide ample light while maintaining privacy to the homes.
Interiors are designed around a central stairway which provides a dramatic focal point for the homes. Living areas are open plan in design and feature a loft space which leads to a private deck.
Ample patios and private rooftop decks create additional outdoor space ideal for quintessential indoor-outdoor living and entertaining.
This Small Lot Subdivision project presents an assertive urban street presence in a commercial context, while presenting a pedestrian sealed facade to a busy San Fernando boulevard.
