Description:  This Small Lot Subdivision project explores the urbanizing possabilities of the Small Lot Ordinance, creating a traditional building type that bridges the public and private realms.  Each home has a private entry with no shared walls between units, 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a mezzanine loft and a 2 car garage.  Soaring cieling heights and oversized windows provide abundant light on two levels.  The balcony, terrace, and private patio provide additional space  for indoor/outdoor living and entertaining.
